These are the goals/triggers that you want your customer to do. You can track these steps to change their status. For example, From your campaign emails, you can set up the goal so if a user clicks a link or purchases something a certain action will be taken. The action can be adding them into a new list, adding or removing a tag, or sending them a new email or sequence of emails. This article covers the available goal or Trigger blocks available to analyze and segment your contacts based on their behavior in a funnel.
You need to have a basic knowledge of how to create emails and automation. Everything following takes place inside a funnel/automation.

New Order Received
From the Goal tab click on the Store goal and a popup will open to set up certain options.
Target Products: This will list all the available products in your store. Select the targeted product you want to track whether purchased or not. Keep it blank to run the goal to any product purchased.
Target Product Categories: Select your targeted product Categories to run the goal or keep it blank to run the goal to any category purchase.
Purchase Type: There are three purchase types available for the goal which are only first purchase, from second purchase or any purchase. For whichever purchase goal you are using, the goal will be set to true.
Goal Type: Select whether the goal is mandatory to run the tasks after the goal. For each goal type, there are two options, optional and essential. If you select Essential Point the next task will run only if the goal becomes true, which means the user purchased from your store in a way that matches your set criteria.
List Applied
You can use this goal to check whether the contacts are already added to certain lists. Based on whether the contact is in the list or not, your automation can proceed.
Tag Applied
You can use this goal to check whether a contact already has one or more specific tags. Based on whether the contact has the tags or not, your automation can proceed.
List Removed
You can use this goal to check whether the contacts are removed from certain lists. Based on whether the contact is removed from the lists or not you can proceed to further actions in your Funnel.
Tag Removed
You can use this goal to check whether the contacts were removed from one or more specific tags. Based on whether the contact was removed from tags or not, you can proceed to further actions with your Funnel.
Link Click Goal
The Link Click Goal will run once a subscriber click on the provided link. From the goal click on the Link Click Goal and a Popup box will open with certain fields including Copy This Link, Redirect To, and Goal Type.
Now add the link into somewhere into your email, it will be tracked and the funnel will continue or stop based on whether the user clicked into that link and your Goal Type settings of Link Click Goal.
