Brand Guidelines

The words, phrases, emblems, symbols, graphics, and other distinctive brand elements connected to Red OnX and our services (collectively, “Brand Assets”) make up the Red OnX brand. Our logos, product pictures, and the slogan “Red OnX” are examples of our brand assets. In addition, trade names, trademarks, and service marks of Red OnX are included in our brand assets. Our brand assets are our sole property.

Red OnX welcomes and supports other goods and services that use and complement our own. However, we must also simultaneously safeguard our reputation and brand identity. So, to encourage consistent use of our brand assets, we request that you abide by our brand guidelines. This avoids customer confusion and makes it easier for customers to instantly detect references to Red OnX. In addition, the intellectual property of Red OnX is also protected by these rules.

Should you not agree to these Brand Guidelines, you have no right to, and therefore shouldn’t, use any Brand Asset. You may only use Brand Assets that we expressly permit. These Brand Guidelines may be modified at any time.

Red OnX General Brand Guidelines

Do:

  • Use our Brand Assets to refer to Red OnX and our services.
  • Write “Red OnX” as two words, either in all caps “RED ONX” or with a capitalized “R” “O” and “X” – “Red OnX.
  • Comply with our Terms of Service.
  • Link to http://www.RedOnX.com or applicable URL when using our Brand Assets.

Dont:

  • Use any Brand Assets in a way that suggests or implies partnership, sponsorship, or endorsement by Red OnX.
  • Modify or alter any Brand Asset, including the color, shape, proportion, or orientation thereof.
  • Incorporate any Brand Asset, or anything confusingly similar, into your trademarks, domain names, logos, or similar content.
  • Attempt to combine any Brand Asset with any other Brand Asset or any other content to create a single element (they should only be used independently).
  • Present any Brand Asset in a way that makes them the most prominent or distinctive feature of what you’re creating.
  • Use any Brand Asset in merchandise or other products such as clothing, hats, or mugs.
  • Assert rights over the Red OnX brand or Brand Assets, whether by domain name registration, trademark registration, or anything else.
  • Use trademarks, domain names, logos, or other content that imitate or could be confused with Red OnX or any of our other Brand Assets.
  • Feature Red OnX on materials in connection with sexually explicit content, unlawful activity, or other materials that violate our Terms of Service.

To better handle future branding issues, these Brand Guidelines may be modified without notice to you. The most recent version will be published on our website. Examine these Brand Guidelines frequently because you’re responsible for adhering to any amended terms.
