Customizing Your WebStore with Menus

Customizing your WebStore’s menus allows you to create a seamless navigation experience for your customers, making it easier for them to find essential sections of your store such as products, checkout, account details, and more. Use the instructions below to effectively manage and customize your WebStore menus.

Accessing the Menus

  • Go to Manage Site > Menus in the dashboard.
  • If there is only one menu, you will be taken directly to the menu editing screen.

Adding WebStore Endpoints to the Menu

Adding a WebStore Endpoint

  • In the menu editor, locate the WebStore Endpoints section in the left panel.
  • Check the box next to the endpoint you want to add, such as Orders, Downloads, Bookings, Coupons, Addresses, Account Details, Logout, or Lost Password.
  • Click the Add to Menu button. The endpoint will appear at the bottom of the menu structure on the right.
  • Drag and drop the endpoint to your desired position within the menu.

Adding Other WebStore Pages to the Menu

Adding a Product Category

  • In the menu editor, locate the Categories section in the left panel.
  • Check the box next to the product category you want to add to the menu.
  • Click the Add to Menu button. The category will appear at the bottom of the menu structure.
  • Drag and drop the category to your desired position within the menu.

Adding a Custom Link for a Specific Product

  • In the menu editor, locate the Custom Links section in the left panel.
  • Enter the URL of the specific product page and the text you want to display in the menu.
  • Click the Add to Menu button. The custom link will appear at the bottom of the menu structure.
  • Drag and drop the link to your desired position within the menu.

Changing the Navigation Label for WebStore Items

  • After adding a WebStore endpoint or other items to the menu, click the dropdown arrow next to the item in the menu structure.
  • In the Navigation Label field, enter the new label you want to display in the menu (e.g., rename “My Account” to “Your Account”).
  • The new label will be displayed in your site’s navigation menu instead of the original page or link title.

Removing Items from the Menu

  • In the menu structure on the right, find the item you want to remove (WebStore endpoint, category, custom link).
  • Click the dropdown arrow next to the item.
  • Click the Remove link to delete the item from your menu.

Reordering Menu Items

  • To change the order of items in the menu, simply drag and drop them to your desired position within the menu structure.

Saving Your Menu

  • After making the necessary changes, click the Save Menu button to apply them.
